We have support infrastructure for physical illness, loss and all sorts of challenges. But the world of mental illness is missing a lot. That’s where Illuminate Ohr comes in. We’re building a system of essential supports for children, teens and young adults with mental illness.

Email Based Warmline
You don’t have to speak to be heard. Our email-based warmline is open to all girls looking for casual support and a listening ear.

Ohr Connection
Ohr Connection is a peer support system for teens, tween and young adults. We have many programs including care packages, an inspirational hotline, daily chizuk messages and much more coming soon: OCinfo@illuminategirls.org
